Sefton Park - Aigbuth Drive, Liverpool L17
Is in south Liverpool, England. In 1867 Frenchman, Edouard André won the competition to design the park, work on the design was also done by Lewis Hornblower. The park is 640 acres (2.6 km²) in area, the site had been purchased by the Liverpool City Council for £250,000 from the Earl of Sefton. Princess Pak - Ullet Road, Liverpool L17
A classic example of the Victorian park. Princes park was designed by Joseph Paxton and James Pennethorne in 1842 in the serpentine style. The plan was drawn by John Robertson and Edward Milner supervised the work. The park has a lake and a circular carriage drive.

St. John's Gardens - Lime Street, Liverpool L2
These gardens lies behind St. George's Hall and are popular escape with the city centre office workers as it is just a minutes minutes walk away from the main city shopping area.

St. James Mount and Gardens - Hope Street, Liverpool L8
This park is situated to the east side of the Anglican Cathedral.

Calderstones Park - Allerton Road, Liverpool L18
Just five miles outside the city centre. Calder Stones has the remains of a Neolithic chambered tomb.

Walton Hall Park - Walton Hall Avenue, Liverpool L4
was opened to the public in 1934 when King George V opened the Mersey Tunnel. The park features a play area, a pets' corner and football pitches. There is also a lake for boating and fishing.

Croxteth Hall and Country Park - West Derby Village Liverpool L14
former home of the Molyneux family, the Lords of Sefton. Situated on the outskirts of the city it has a Victorian walled garden, and Home Farm. Go to Croxteth Hall Website - Click Her
